Installation Attach our gorilla bracket to the wall of choice. Make sure you have at least 2 feet open on the left side of tumbler so that you can easily get in there to remove basket. Use the anchors provided for the installing into drywall. The bracket is 18" long, so try to screw into at least one stud, for ultimate strength. The bracket installed with 5 anchors can hold 350lbs. Our tumbler weighs just 110 lbs, so no worries. Make sure you mount the bracket with the angled portion on top. Mount at any height, consider a height that does not require bending over to clean out basket. Once bracket is installed you may require two people to lift the box onto the bracket. Lift and place. Consider other places you may want to mount your tumbler .for addtional mounting brackets give me a call.
The basket may get shipped to you requiring the 3) v-block locks and 2)handles to be attached to the back side of the basket. Attach handles with ¾" scews making sure you don't penetrate through to the inside of the basket. Use the locator dowel pins to locate the wooden blocks locks, then use 1 ¼" screws to fasten to the basket. 5 screws per each block. The finished v-block locks should have the 45 degree cut side facing the back of the basket. The basket is now ready to slide on to the motor box.
Rotate the v-block on the motor box so that the narrow end of the "V" is UP.Now, roll over the basket, orientate the v-block locks to match the v-block. The first time you place the basket on the motor box, get use two people. Once the basket gets lifted on to the v-block, latch the tension latch. Okay, Ready?.....NOTE: the felted dots on the inside of the v-lock blocks. When placing the basket on the V-Block, try not to peel these off. These provide a better quieter compression fit. Pick up the basket and carefully slide it onto the v-block. Once the tension lock is latched, rotate the basket 180 degrees and screw in the plastic handled screw into the hole pulling the basket tightly to the v-block. This extra lock is not always necessary to hold the basket safely on the v-block, but was added to get all the extra play out of the v-block fixture for longer wear. A hole is provided on top of the motor box to place this handled screw when not in use. You will need an extension cord to power your tumbler. I did not want to build this tumbler with a cord hanging from it for safety reasons.
There are two switches on the control panel. Left switch is forward and reverse. The power ON-OFF is on the switch to
the right with a Safety guard to protect it from accidently getting bumped on.

The seperator tines that I designed for this tumbler are made out of fiberglass. two rows of 4 tines and two rows of 3 tines, making a total of 14. These are very strong, lightweight and easy to modify.. I ship the tumbler to you with only a compression tight fit holding the tines in place. These may hold forever, but they may eventually need glued in. I have heard many different opinions about the number of tines which are best, so try as shipped and if you want to remove some, just wiggle the unwanted tines out. To permanent lock in place just add any type of glue to the joint.
The access panel is the panel opposite the control panel. Remove to change belts if ever necessary. If wanting to use the Fleece-O-Matic with NO WALL,use a Workmate 225 clamping work table. This table has been around for over 30 years . It folds up very compact for easy portability. These can be purchase just about anywhere, but they are only $70 on Amazon. You will need to attach a 2" x 4"20" long to the bottom side of the motor box. Use 5) 2" drywall screws to anchor the 2x4 to the middle of the bottom panel. Then simply set the motor box between the two clamping boards of the Workmate and tighten to the 2x4. Making sure that the basket side of the tumbler is on the same side as the Workmate clamping handles. This insures that the Workmate's legs are under the basket for stability.
