This is how I solved the foot in the bucket problem. I have never had the problem again. I made a wooden hood and alwo made a metal hook to prevent them from tipping it over. I use 20 gallon water buckets and water 70 alpacas with these three 20 gallon buckets. I fill them twice per day. The hose you see is heated, so I have water going to the buckets all winter long. I do NOT carry any water anywhere. Im an efficiency freak, and solve the time needy tasks.
